Ben and Emily are a husband and wife wedding, family & newborn photography team specialising in documenting real moments.

They opened their doors in 2015 at the ripe ages of 21 & 24 and have been growing together alongside their business constantly pitching new ideas and creating a unique style that showcases what they are all about - having fun and loving life.

Agapé Media House is based in Hobart, Tasmania and operate out of their studio in Kingston.

These are the 5 words we think of when we reflect on the weddings we have had the honour of capturing over the years.

As a married couple, we can appreciate the excitement and anticipation leading up to your big day as well as the thought and consideration that goes into even the tiniest of details.

When the day finally arrives everything is in place, all of your favourite people are together and we are there to document every single moment of it.

Imagine if somebody was there to capture some of those candid moments with your newborn!

Our Lifestyle Sessions are photos of your family just as you are with your home as the backdrop. 

We find these sessions to be so natural & personal, so when you look back you can see all of the things you love about right now, in this moment. Sure, they include a TINY bit of "posing" but mostly it's just you guys living your normal life enjoying cuddles, fun activities and playtime. 

STUDIO SESSIONS

Our studio opens up more possibilities for our families who love the feel of our lifestyle sessions but would rather do their session in the studio rather than in their own home.

Decked out with a homely lounge room & viewing area, a bedroom for natural lifestyle family photos, a basket, textured blankets & a wooden floor for those cute sleepy newborn photos we all love & adore and a special play corner & snacks provided for your kids & toddlers makes our studio a great alternative to having photos in your home.

Our style is very candid, fun & relaxed. Our number one goal is to document who you are as a family, right now in this moment.

We use prompts and little activities to draw out the real moments, the real smiles and the real laughs which makes being in front of the camera comfortable and fun for everyone.

“A Day in the Life” sessions are photos of your family just as you are with your home as the backdrop. We will take photos of your family enjoying the things you love most; maybe it’s cooking up a storm in the kitchen, doing some arts & crafts, reading books, riding bikes or jumping really high on the bed. Maybe you go on picnics together or out for ice-cream & would love to have those memories documented.
